Pastor Henry Graf (Email: PastorGraf@gmail.com)
got his start serving as a summer camp counselor at Camp Lutherhaven. A few years into college he had the opportunity to tour the West Coast with one of Youth Encounter’s Captive Free teams. Having served in various professional ministry settings, he earned a MA in Communication and went on to teach at IPFW in the Communications Department. Having served at Promise as Youth Director beginning in 2000, he was called back after completing his MDiv from Concordia Fort Wayne. Pastor Graf is a published author and is invited to speak internationally. He enjoys reading, writing, and drinking Old Crown Coffee. He loves spending time with his wife and two daughters, and could not be happier in Fort Wayne serving at Promise.

Phil Pelz (Email: pelzpa@gmail.com)
is the Director of Youth, Children and Family at Promise. He graduated from IPFW with an English Education degree. Before working at Promise he volunteered for over five years with other youth programs in Fort Wayne. Phil is extremely passionate about working with children and youth and seeing them grow in the Lord. Phil loves reading, drinking coffee, serving the less fortunate, gardening, and hanging out with his family. He is married to Julie, and has two kids, Isaiah and Lillian.

Ruth Ehle (Email: rehle2@aol.com)
is our Director of Worship and Celebration. She has been a member of Promise since its beginning. Although she is a former mathematics teacher, her passion has been in the area of music – the universal language. She sang with the IPFW University Singers and toured fives times throughout Europe with The Sounds of Hope Choir & Orchestra. Ruth also assists in the auction work of her husband’s business. She loves to cook and spend time with her husband and son.

Christa Koenemann (Email: office@promiseministries.org)
is our Administrative Secretary. She comes to us after volunteering for 24 years in many organizations, her church, Camp Lutherhaven and the schools her children attend. She is blessed by the time she is able to assist other people, especially the people at Promise. When she is not in the office you can most likely find her spending time with her husband, Marty and four sons, Brad, Riley, Zachary and Alex.

Kasi Pauletto (Email: office@promiseministries.org)
is a secretary at Promise and also the Nursery Director. After spending a year doing youth ministry across the East Coast, Kasi came to Fort Wayne to study Early Childhood Education at Ivy Tech. She is originally from McHenry, Illinois. With a love for both children and Christ, Kasi is doing exactly what she loves most when she is here at Promise on Sunday morning.
